The retreat will take place in a luxurious hillside Villa Locanda del Gallo, the perfect place to reset and restore in seclusion and peace. Upon arriving you will be surrounded by picturesque landscapes, poolside verandas and terraced lawns with only the sound of the wind to interrupt your day.
Our mornings will start with a strong, vigorous practice working deeply into our poses and hearts. After hours soaking up the sun and exploring the countryside, we will return to our mats for late afternoon therapeutic practice, dropping into sweet release and healing meditation, followed by a gourmet multi-course dinner with local wine pairing lovingly prepared and meticulously designed by local Italian chefs. In between, you will have the chance to enjoy this italiofile’s paradise with a journey to local villages, lunch and wine tasting at vineyard Chiesa del Carmine, hikes along the hillside, an introduction to local craft with Renza the weaver, healing massage, energy work, or just vegging out in a hammock soaking up the countryside.
This intimate retreat will be a blend of play and adventure, support and healing, movement and meditation and the chance to not only unplug but connect...with wine in hand.

We will happily arrange all transfers to/from Locanda del Gallo, easing all travel for you. Additionally, if you’d be interested in sharing transfers with other guests arriving/departing at the same time we will coordinate that for everyone as well.
