It all started in the year 2000 when I took my first yoga class and was immediately hooked. One of the aspects I love about yoga the most is that it gives you the opportunity to connect more meaningfully with yourself and the people around you. 

I find that through the cultivation of mindfulness and presence on the mat, I am able to bring it into all areas of my life, from self-care to play.

In teaching yoga, my highest intention is to share not only the deep therapeutics and physical healing but the great joy and exuberance that comes with a daily practice and radical self-discovery.
